The halcyon (hal-see-yun). Great for getting in early for some beachbreak tubes or beating the crowd with howling fast top-to-bottom surfing on a more open face wave. The accelerated curve behind the keel fins tightens the turning radius while still keeping plenty of planing area throughout the majority of the board. This curve along with a subtle flat/single/double/flat bottom contour and foiled-yet-relaxed rails produces a playful and forgiving board that still has a lively zest to it. Glass on fins only for maximum drive and responsiveness.
