Ready to Ship Orders

Products that are listed as "ready to ship" are shipped via courier and are usually packed and dispatched within 48 hours, depending upon stock availability and payment verification.

Shapes Made To Order

For custom products that are listed as "made to order", please note there is a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of order until dispatch. All boards are shipped via courier and protectively packed with extreme care and dedication.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the final delivery address and total size and weight of your order. Please see the below table for a rough guide on how shipping rates are calculated within Australia:

WITHIN WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Boards under 7' in length:	$175
Boards over 7' in length:	$250

INTERSTATE

Boards under 7' in length:	$225
Boards over 7' in length:	$300

LOCAL PICKUP

A local pickup option for WA residents is also available at no additional cost.

International orders

Drop us a line via email for international shipping options available in your region. Please note that the size and nature of shipping surfboards overseas from Australia via courier can be prohibitive in cost, however we are always happy to use a nominated shipping agent of your choice.

Returns

Please choose wisely, as all boards are custom made to order so we do not normally offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
Where there is a manufacturing fault or an item is defective / not as described, you may be entitled to an exchange or a refund if a replacement is not available.
